England look to extend their unbeaten streak as they face Czech Republic
England will be facing Czech Republic at the Sinobo Stadium in Prague as they expect to maintain their perfect start in the Euro 2020 qualifying round. The three lions have four wins in four games and sit at the top spot in Group A.
England's manager Gareth Southgate will look forward to strengthen his team's shaky defence as they struggled to maintain a clean-sheet in the last fixture away to Kosovo. Despite losing the match 5-3, Kosovo almost gave a scare to the English defenders at the St.Mary's stadium in Southampton.
With only Harry Maguire to anchor the back four, the second centre-back is left vacant as Everton stopper Micheal Keane has been inconsistent for the Toffees this season. Joe Gomez hasn't regularly featured for Liverpool and he finds himself on the bench more often this season.
This will allow Chelsea starlet Fikayo Tomori or Aston villa sensation Tyrone Mings to play along with Maguire at the back.
Trent Alexander Arnold and Ben Chilwell have regularly featured as the wide full-backs under Southgate's tactical system with Atletico Madrid full back Kieren trippier an alternative.
Jordan Pickford will act as the shot-stopper and Sheffield United Goalkeeper Dean Henderson has earned his first ever call-up for International duty in place of the injured Tom Heaton.
In the Midfield, there is a stiff competition but owing to the recent outings at club level, West Ham prodigy Declan Rice will start ahead of Fabian Delph.
Mason Mount and Jordan Henderson are set to play in the two other spots in the middle of the park. Still Leicester city sensation, James Maddison and Blues Midfielder Ross Barkley are better options for England midfield.
England's attack has been lauded by football critics as they have some exciting talent on board. Dortmund star, Jadon Sancho and Raheem Sterling will be taking care of the wing with Captain Harry Kane operating as the central striker. Tammy Abraham will surely have a few minutes under his belt.
So far,Tammy's form has been excellent for the Blues and the stats are really surprising. He leads the goal-scoring charts with 8 goals in 8 premier league appearances overshadowing Manchester United No:10 Marcus Rashford and Callum Wilson.
Predicted Line-up: (4-3-3): Pickford; Alexander-Arnold, Keane, Maguire, Chilwell; Rice, Henderson, Mount; Sancho, Sterling, Kane
