Poland, Russia and Belgium confirm their qualification for the Euro 2020

Euro 2020 Qualifiers are underway and some of the prominent nations have showed their caliber and have already earned themselves a spot at the finals. Here we look at a few teams who went through:

The Red Devils maintain their hundred percent win record

Belgium strolled past Kazakhstan with a comfortable 2-0 win, as they maintained their hundred percent record in the Euro Qualifying.

Roberto Martinez's side cruised through with goals from Michy Batshuayi and Thomas Meunier. This was the eighth straight win for the Belgians and they sit comfortably at the top of Group I with 24 points.

The first goal was scored by Batshuayi and was assisted by Leicester city midfielder, Denis Praet as he curled in a perfect cross for the Chelsea striker.

Belgium Captain Eden Hazard provided a brilliant long pass to Paris St. Germain Right-back, Thomas Meunier who sealed off the win with a cool finish at the Astana Arena.

Russians make merry as they defeat 10-man Cyprus

Elsewhere,Russia produced a fabulous display of teamwork against Cyprus as they secured their Euro 2020 berth with a rampant 5-0 win.

Valencia CF winger, Denis Cheryshev was on top form as he provided two goals and an assist for his teammates. 

Cypriot defender, Konstantinos Laifis was shown a straight red card in the 28th minute after he committed a dreadful tackle. Russia clearly took advantage of the situation as Cyprus were reduced to 10 men.

Artem Dzyuba, Aleksandr Golovin and Magomed Ozdoev were also on the score-sheet for Russia.

The Polish carve their way to the big stage

Poland ensured their presence in the next European Championship with a 2-0 win over North Macedonia at the National stadium, Warsaw. 

Substitutes Przemyslaw Frankowski and Arkadiusz Milik scored just in the nick of time after they were left frustrated by their opponents' strong defensive display.

Despite enjoying 65 percent of the possession in the match, the Poles registered just four shots on target. Captain Robert Lewandowski was involved in each of the two goals as he once again leaded his team with aplomb.
