Christian Pulisic shines for Chelsea as he scores a memorable hat-trick
Chelsea Manager Frank Lampard started the American superstar, Christian Pulisic in their EPL match against Burnley and the youngster showed the football critics and pundits what he was capable of.
Having had a tough start to his career at the North London club, Pulisic simply ripped the Clarets' defence as he scored three goals in the process.
The first goal that he scored in the 21st minute was really an absolute display of physical prowess as he capitalised on a dreadful defensive error committed by Matthew Lowton.
He then created space for himself by performing a step-over to produce a left0footed finish which went past Burnley shot stopper, Nick Pope.
Christian Pulisic became the first-ever American to score for the Blues, and just before half-time his low right-footed drive deflected off by Ben Mee made it 2-0 for Chelsea.
The winger was unstoppable as he added another one to his tally by scoring a header from Mason Mount's cross in the 56th minute. Burnley fans were quite stunned by this as their players were well-known for preventing set piece attacks by opponents.
But the home team never seemed to give up as Jay Rodriguez and Dwight McNeil scored in the space of the final four minutes thus ending the match in a more thrilling fashion.
Coach Frank Lampard took a moment to heap praise on his american prodigy. He said, "I am absolutely delighted for him. A lot of talk around Christian for the big price tag, for the fact he's quite rightly a star in his country and plays for the USA so well."

It was a 'perfect hat-trick' from the youngster, and Chelsea would definitely heave a sigh of relief as they seem to have found an able replacement in Christian Pulisic for talismanic winger, Eden Hazard, who departed in the summer.
