Weekly Premier League Review: Matchday 13

The remaining matches of the Premier League will be played on Sunday and Tuesday as we see two matches and then one getting played on each of the days respectively. The final match will complete the round-up with a complete points table to give a view of the standing of every team's stance.

Sunday 

Tottenham vs Aston Villa

Time: 7:30 pm

Tottenham is on a losing streak. They didn’t lose the first of their 10 matches making sure they stayed on top of the league suddenly suffered two back-to-back losses with a large number of key players injured. They’d need to bounce back from these setbacks they suffered recently. Aston Villa on the other hand are doing pretty well under Unai Emery as they happen to be in the European places and hope to end on a good note as well.

Everton vs Manchester United 

Time: 10:00 pm 

Financial Fair Play or FFP played its biggest games in the history of the English Premier League. Everton was given a punishment of 10 points getting reduced as they lie in the relegation zone as of now with one of the biggest competitions for them coming up next against a Manchester United team who haven’t themselves been doing very well. A win for either of them would be a great boost to their standings.

Tuesday 

Fulham vs Wolves 

Time: 1:30 am

The 12th place vs the 15th placed team collided at the Molineux to better their run of form on Tuesday being the last match. An injury-stricken Wolves side will be up against a Fulham side that hasn’t been replicating the same form they showed last season and will hope it’s not a now-or-never situation during the end of the present Premier League season which ultimately will be too late if their situation does not get any better.
