New Zealand vs India - 4th T20I: Match Preview and Predicted XI

The third T20I between New Zealand and India really went down to the wire when the home team failed to score two runs off the last four deliveries. As a result, India edged past the Kiwis in the Super Over to claim their first T20I series victory in New Zealand.

It was a game that was dictated by two players of high class from either side. First it was Rohit Sharma who did it with his bat to help his team post a formidable total of 179 on the board.

And during the New Zealand's chase, their skipper Kane Williamson played a very knock to almost take the game away from the Indians until his dismissal in the final over which led to series of dramatic events.

Williamson scored a chance less 95 to drive home the advantage but it was Rohit's 65 and then 15 runs in the super over that proved to be the difference on the day.

With series done and dusted, both the teams will now travel to Wellington for the fourth T20I of the series. While India will look to experiment a few changes by allowing game time to certain players, the home team will once again hope to get their aces right and salvage some pride in the remaining two T20Is.

What to expect from the pitch?

The Westpac Stadium in Wellington will welcome both the sides with a drop-in pitch that has had a history of playing in the batsmen's favor. It will be interesting to see if New Zealand can claim their first win in the series or will India's caravan continue to roll-on in this series.
