Real Madrid want to sign two of Manchester United’s top transfer targets

Real Madrid are set to hand Manchester United a major blow in the transfer market, as they are said to be plotting a move for Jadon Sancho. 

The player has been linked with Manchester United for a long time now. They are also reportedly looking to sign Red Bull Salzburg striker Erling Braut Haaland next summer, who has also been linked with a move to Old Trafford. 

Both are rated highly across Europe and have started the season on a good note, thus attracting major interest from across Europe. The interest from the former champions of Europe is certainly a good thing for the players. It shows how well their progress has been so far, as they are on the top of the wish-list of various clubs.  

Sancho has chipped in four goals and seven assists in 15 games this term for Borussia Dortmund and has also cemented his place in the England national team off late. The 19-year-old has been regularly featuring for Dortmund and starred in the 2-1 win against rivals Borussia Monchengladbach.

Haaland has been the emerging player of the season so far, having found the back of the net 22 times in 16 games this season. The 19-year-old Norwegian got the limelight after scoring a sensational hat-trick against Genk in the Champions League in September.

Haaland is the new kid on the block and has been regularly monitored by some of the biggest teams in Europe. The likes of Manchester City, United, FC Barcelona and now, Real Madrid, are all understood to be tracking the 19-year-old forward. His father Alf-Inge Haaland played for the Cityzens between 2000 and 2003. 

Haaland is believed to be keen on playing for his beloved Leeds United and dreams of winning the Premier League with the Elland Road outfit. However, the Whites must first get themselves promoted to the Premier League first in order to make such a deal possible and help Haaland fulfill his dream.

Both Real and United are struggling at present with issues of their own. They have not been in the best of the form will want to resolve those problems in the days to come. If Haaland does the sign for either of them, he can help them turn things around for sure.
