The Weekly Premier League Review: Matchday 17
17th December, Sunday
On the second day of the Premier League Matchday 17 we will be crowing off with different permutations of the standing the points table. The last four matches of league day 17 will be played today as the final match has been set as the best of the lot with Manchester United facing Liverpool at Anfield.
Arsenal vs Brighton
Time: 7:30 pm
Arsenal has lost games on a bit frequent visits against Newcastle and Aston Villa. They performed well against both sides but luck was not in their favor. They now welcome a tricky Brighton side who themselves are looking to build up form with the likes of many first-team players injured when they visit the Emirates. The good news for Arsenal is that Thomas Partey is back in first-team training but there has been no clue about his involvement in the Brighton game as of now.

Brentford vs Aston Villa
Time: 7:30 pm
Aston Villa are an all-new team under manager Unai Emery. The manager had brought a different kind of revelation under the team which has led them to the third spot in the Premier League table with Arsenal and Manchester City among the clubs that they have won against. They are up against a Brentford side who have had goals hard to come by with Ivan Toney still out. They were on a good run of form initially but had a drought in between which they’d be hoping to overcome with a win against the in for Aston Villa.

West Ham vs Wolves
Time: 7:30 pm
9th places West Ham faces 13th-placed Wolves in the Premier League Matchday 17. West Ham will be welcoming their Counterpart at home as we hope to witness an exciting encounter. Unlike last season, the West Ham side has been playing well with manager David Moyes playing Jarrod Bowen in a more central role this time out. Wolves when compared are also an exciting squad this time with wins over Manchester City considered one of their biggest achievements in the season.

Liverpool vs Manchester United
Time: 10:00 pm
The best game of the lot will be played at the last, and this is what the Premier League usually does when it comes to matching days. Liverpool welcome Red Devils Manchester United at home to Anfield with a bid to extend their lead on top. Manchester United are coming on from a humiliating Champions League experience recently with them not qualifying even for Europa League as they hope to build their Premier League campaign now. Liverpool have had a good run of form for themselves past some games and they’d be looking to dominate the Red Devils in front of their home fans for sure.
