Spanish arch rivals keeping tabs on in-form Wolves winger

In-form Wolverhampton Wanderers winger Adama Traore is reportedly being closely monitored by the likes of Real Madrid and Barcelona ahead of a potential big-money summer move. 

The 24-year-old has enjoyed a stunning campaign with Nuno Espirito Santo's side this time out. He has been in England for five years now but this has finally been the season when he has made his breakthrough. 

Before this season, he was still a raw and unfinished product and was often criticized for his terrible end product. He always boasted an electrifying pace and strong physique but there was no cutting edge in his game. 

This season, however, the Spaniard has finally found the finishing that was missing in his game for years and the result has been really impressive. 

Traore has been one of the most feared wide players in the Premier League and even a defence such as that of Liverpool's failed to contain him.  

The 24-year-old was absolutely at the top of his game against Manchester City in both games against Pep Guardiola's side this season helping his side win both home and away against the Premier League champions. 

Jurgen Klopp has publicly made his admiration known for the pacey and strong winger off late and it is indeed an acknowledgement of his quality. 

And according to reports in England, Wolves are bracing themselves for a "record-breaking" bid from Spain for one of their prized assets and that player is believed to be Traore. 

Traore, a former Spain under-21 international, has netted five times this season, including three strikes against Manchester City and one against Spurs, as well as laying on ten assists for his team-mates. 

With Gareth Bale in particular having fallen out of favour at Real Madrid, their could be an opening in Zinedine Zidane's starting XI for Traore to occupy. 

But, Traore's former club Barcelona are not likely to welcome the idea of their academy graduate moving to their rivals especially when they are also in dire need for reinforcements.
